 FAQs

  • YES!

We work with all bodies and create an open and accepting environment for all.

  • A good rule of thumb is once a month for general maintenance, and once a week for 3-6 weeks if you’re recovering from an injury or starting a new workout program or have a hectic lifestyle and need to be at the top of your game.

  • We recommend once a month through the second trimester, and once a week-twice a month for the third trimester.

After 38 weeks we will focus on creating a more flexible pelvis, working with the induction points, and prepping you for labor and delivery so we suggest twice a week massages plus acupuncture and chiropractic care.

We have plenty of referrals for you in these categories!

  • We are educated and experienced in all trimesters for pregnancy.

That being said, if you have any high risks or complications associated with your pregnancy, or just prefer to wait, then please book for the second trimester.

If you have questions about the safety and efficacy of pregnancy massage, please email us and/or speak with your medical provider. We want you to be safe and comfortable and enjoy your massage.

  • As soon as you want!

In some cultures, postpartum bodywork is done everyday for the first 30 days .

We suggest 2 times a week for the first 3 weeks, then once a week for three weeks then 1-2 times per month for the first year.

  • Infant massage is a session where we educate the parents and caretakers how to massage your infant. It is most recommended for babies aged 0-1.

All parents and caretakers are welcome to attend the session.

“My husband and I were so stressed out by the daily workings of life, and we both got a massage. We had no idea that we’d come out completely euphoric. The place is clean and welcoming and the massages are just. Perfection. If you’re a mother, they allow babies and have such a “let’s just work it out” personality. Will be coming back again..”
